Charles is an independent strategy and operations consultant. He works with CEOs, boards, and private investors on business transformation, turnarounds, acquisitions, and new growth development.

He began his career on Wall Street at Morgan Stanley, Forstmann Little, and as a hedge fund investor. He later served as Vice President of Global Corporate Strategy and Development at Discovery Communications, now Warner Bros. Discovery. There he led the company's five-year strategic planning process and key transactions, including a joint venture with Harpo Productions to launch the Oprah Winfrey Network, a shareholder restructuring and public offering, and partnerships with Apple and Google.

Most recently, he was COO at a PE-backed consumer healthcare company, where he helped lead a full modernization of systems, data, and product operations.

He has worked with a broad range of organizations, including high-growth brands like Boll & Branch, large institutions like Johns Hopkins University and Boeing, non-profits like Startup Virginia, and niche industry participants like Retail Data.
